I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, with a minor in Pedagogy and Education, and over the years I have expanded my knowledge in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment by taking additional courses, attending training sessions or workshops, and conferences or simply reading about the latest in the field.

While I was still studying, I've been for 6+ years a Trainer and Event Organizer (volunteering work), then I worked in Human Resources for approximately 4 years, before I started focusing on Recruitment, where I activate still for the past 8+ years.

Fluent in 3 languages (Romanian, English and Spanish) I've been relocating from my home country, Romania, to Poland in order to pursue my career goals. I've gained valuable experience by working as an Expert in Talent Acquisition (including RPO) with Clients with 10.000+ FTEs, from 20+ industries, in 10+ countries from EMEA region, on both technical (IT and engineering) and non-technical roles. Have been leading teams up to 6 people, on Recruitment & Employer Branding Projects.

I was the mediator between candidates and hiring managers, I’ve learned to decode expectations, insecurities and concerns, to highlight traits, skills and competencies in order to eventually address it in the most effective way and support seal new partnerships. I’ve filled dozens of roles and I’ve learned how to be a partner for both my candidates and hiring managers. Now, I have decided to give back to the professional community by inspiring people like you, to design their professional journey.
